Shipping policy

Because our products are made to order through global production facilities, please review our fulfillment and delivery timelines below:

1. Production Time All items are printed individually once an order is placed.

• Fulfillment Time: 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.

• During peak holiday seasons, production may take an additional 1 to 2 days.

2. Estimated Shipping Times Once your item has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard domestic shipping: 3 to 6 business days

• International shipping: 5 to 15 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

3. Split Shipments If you order multiple items (e.g., a mug and a hoodie), they may be produced at different printing facilities closest to their item category. You may receive separate packages and tracking numbers at no additional cost.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders are typically printed in the facility closest to your destination address to reduce shipping times and custom fees. However, if international transit is required, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or local custom charges incurred upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking & Address Errors

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order dispatches.

• Address Changes: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to update your address. Once an order enters production, addresses cannot be modified.
